Colleen A. Kezman
Colleen Kezman has been with Roma Lodge as an Event Planner and Catering Sales Executive for 10 years. She continues to advance her education in Communication and English at Carthage College and UW-Parkside, in Kenosha.
Prior to working at Roma Lodge, Colleen developed her skills in sales, customer service and writing by working in diverse areas such as: the Hotel Industry in Milwaukee, the Chancellor's Office at UW-Parkside, WHKE-TV in Kenosha, her family's car business and a few brief positions at banks and medical facilities.
Colleen has developed a strong client base at Roma Lodge due to consistency and dedication to her customers. She enjoys the relationships that she has built with many of her clients and service vendors. Colleen's favorite part of her day is meeting with new clients and assisting couples in planning their wedding receptions at Roma Lodge.
Shelly Mico
My background started in the Restaurant/Catering/Tavern business when I was 10 years old. My father owned several supper clubs in Sawyer County: The Silver Fox Supper Club and Village Pub & Grub. I have been working at Roma Lodge since 1998. I started part-time as a Bartender on weekends, while working full-time Customer Service positions with TCF Bank and Durable Medical Stores, which led to a position as the Medical Billing Supervisor with Bella Home Medical, in Kenosha.
In 2005, she joined Roma Lodge full-time as a Catering Event Planner and Sales Executive. She holds a degree in Accounting and certifications in Excel, Insurance Billing and Claims & Collections. Her hobbies include bicycling, gardening, cooking and computer related activities. Shelly also enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, step-daughter and family.
